📋 Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the following criteria:

  • ✅ Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • ✅ Products must be in original, unopened condition with seals intact
  • ✅ Items must be in resalable condition with original packaging
  • ✅ Proof of purchase (order number) is required

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of our nail community, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • ❌ Opened gel products (Color Gel Polish, HEMA-Free Gel Polish, Magnetic Gel Polish, Jelly Gel Polish, Glitter Gel Polish)
  • ❌ Used nail tools (Nail Brush, Nail File Buffer, Magnetic Stick)
  • ❌ Opened liquid products (Base & Top Coat, Extension Gel, Nail Art Gel)
  • ❌ Damaged or used false nails (False Nail Tips, False Nails)
  • ❌ Opened multi-product sets (6 Colors Gel Set, Multi-Color Gel Set)
  • ❌ Used nail decorations (Nail Art, Nail Decoration)

Due to hygiene reasons and product safety, we cannot accept returns on opened nail products.

🔄 The Return Process – Step by Step

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Product(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions and return address
  • Any additional instructions if needed

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please ensure:

  • All items are in original condition and packaging
  • Include the original packing slip or order confirmation
  • Write the return authorization number on the outside of the package
  • Use a trackable shipping method (we recommend DHL or FedEx)

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return package:

  • We’ll inspect the items within 3-5 business days
  • Upon approval, we’ll process your refund or exchange
  • You’ll receive email confirmation of the completed transaction

💸 Refund Information

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days after return approval
  • Bank Transfer Refunds: 7-14 business days after return approval

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made an error)
